   I have difficulty getting my money refunded. First the tour was cancelled, the travel agent attempted to find a similar tour with another company. The the substitute tour package was $400 more expensive and shortened by two days. We advised them we were no longer interested in this Trip and requested our money refund. I ask for a refund on March 8th and was told the signatory for the branch was not available. Today once again told that the signatory was is not available..

   Not recommended travel agency. Very bad experience, napakasinungaling ng mga staff and owner.
