   Good day!

   I am Anjela writing on behalf of the Department of Tourism (DOT) – Office of Market Development (OMD) to request a quotation for transportation services in line with our upcoming activity entitled “Convergence Planning and Target Setting for FY 2026: Leveraging Digitalized Performance and Financial Management” to be held in Batangas on October 13–17, 2025.

   Please find below the details of our transport requirements:
   Van Transportation
   Date: October 13, 2025
   Route: Makati to Batangas
   One (1) unit air-conditioned van, minimum of 12-seater
   Inclusive of driver, fuel, toll, parking fees, and bottled water onboard

   2. Coaster Transportation
   Date: October 17, 2025
   Route: Batangas to Makati
   One (1) unit air-conditioned coaster, minimum of 25-seaterInclusive of driver(s), fuel, toll, parking fees, and bottled water onboard

   Kindly send your quotation/proposal with cost breakdown and necessary requirements (DOT Accreditation Certificate, PhilGEPS Registration, and BIR documents) at your earliest convenience.
