    booked in Chamonix Travel Services 7/21/2020 for 13 people and the services were never rendered. The owner Irene keep promising that I will be refunded for almost two years. I called Airlines and our airfare was refunded and I called Hotel reservation office in Singapore and reported that no down payment or payment was made by this agency.
